Service Delivery Manager, Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management

Overview

As a Service Delivery Manager for Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM), you lead delivery activities and build long-term client relationships. You are accountable for the quality of the services delivered, compliance with contractual commitments, and the overall performance of your area.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects (design, go-live, deployment) while ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and the profitability of projects.
• Oversee internal and external teams (consultants, project managers, architects, partners) and track project progress.
• Participate in pre-sales activities: responding to tenders, estimations, presentations, and commercial proposals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage sensitive situations.
• Support clients in their digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive the financial performance of the activity: margins, utilization rates, billing, and payment tracking.
• Manage, lead, and develop teams with the support of middle managers (recruitment, training, evaluation, and engagement).
• Contribute to the growth of the Professional Services business and to the continuous improvement of methods, processes, and best practices.
