We’re looking for a dynamic DBA & Cloud Systems Lead to strengthen our Datacenter & Cloud operations and support the growth of our core product. This is a great opportunity to work on strategic projects involving virtualization, database performance, and cloud technologies in a stimulating, multicultural environment.

What you’ll do

• Lead and optimize database environments (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) across on-prem and cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, Azure)
• Architect, implement, and manage hybrid cloud and data migration strategies
• Lead day‑to‑day operations and ensure high system availability
• Implement best practices in security, backups, and disaster recovery
• Support automation, monitoring, and performance tuning efforts
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure best practices across environments

What we’re looking for:

• Strong leadership experience in database administration and infrastructure planning
• Proven expertise with Oracle DB, PostgreSQL DB and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure-as-code, scripting (Python, Shell), and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) is a plus
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
• Fluent in French and English
