DevOps Engineer

About the Role

We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our deployment pipeline and cloud infrastructure. In this role, you’ll drive the scalability, reliability, and automation of our systems. From managing CI/CD to provisioning infrastructure as code, you’ll help us move faster and more safely as we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe, and repeatable deployments.
• Define and manage infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi).
• Automate deployments across environments with a focus on resilience and rollback safety.
• Maintain and scale our cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to support high availability and performance.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging to ensure observability and proactive incident response.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure DevOps practices are embedded across the SDLC.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins).
• Strong proficiency with IaC frameworks (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
• Experience managing and scaling cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Deep understanding of deployment automation and best practices around zero-downtime releases.
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK stack).

Nice to Have

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with security and compliance best practices.

Background in performance tuning and cost optimization in cloud environments.
