Position: Junior Technical Sales

XLase GmbH is a wholly‑owned subsidiary of HSG (Hongshan Laser), serving as HSG’s headquarters in Europe, responsible for marketing, service, and R&D worldwide. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Heiden, Germany, the company operates a marketing centre, customer service centre, 900‑m² showroom, and spare‑parts warehouse.

HSG is a global leader in intelligent laser equipment manufacturing, offering cost‑effective flat‑bed cutters and highly automated high‑performance laser solutions, including medium‑to‑high‑power fibre‑laser cutting systems, bend machines, laser welders, and automated production lines. With 15 years of innovation, HSG dominates the Chinese market and operates in over 100 countries, with subsidiaries and R&D centres in Japan, Germany, the United States, and elsewhere.

Due to expanded European operations, we seek a full‑time Junior Technical Sales role, open to recent graduates and offering dedicated training.

Work Location: HybridHours: 40 hours per weekStart Date: January 2026

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse market information in the assigned region.
• Manage distribution channels within the region and meet channel sales targets.
• Assist agents in building and managing sales teams to enhance their competitiveness.
• Help establish a positive company reputation and brand value.

Qualifications

• Preferably a science or engineering background (excellent humanities candidates considered).
• Fluent in German and able to use it as a working language.
• More than one year of industrial sales experience, laser‑cutting equipment experience preferred.
• Proactive, ambitious, strong execution ability, and resilience under pressure.
• Valid German driving licence.
