Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
Education: BS/BA, Associate degree, or RT (Radiologic Technologist) certification.
Industry Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of mandatory experience with SPECT/CT medical imaging devices.
Clinical Experience: At least 5 years of total clinical experience, including 3 years of specific modality expertise on the latest product platforms.
Languages: Fluency in both German and English is mandatory; additional European languages are an asset.
Soft Skills: Highly effective communication skills; a self-starter with a proactive, outgoing personality and the ability to collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and clinical stakeholders.
Travel: Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 70% of the time.
Position Responsibilities
Training Execution: Drive on-site customer training through university-style curriculums and assessment processes, providing hands-on didactic instruction to physicians and technologists.
Competency Management: Partner with customers to develop training plans that ensure clinical competency and high satisfaction scores.
Consultative Support: Implement consultative projects to enhance customer productivity and optimize clinical workflows.
Clinical Expertise: Act as the recognized regional expert for software and clinical applications, resolving a wide range of technical and clinical inquiries.
Sales & Market Support: Collaborate with the Sales organization to support potential leads, perform product demonstrations, and represent the company at industry tradeshows.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Service and Sales groups to coordinate training events, pre-training readiness calls, and on-site engineering requirements.
Product Development Input: Actively participate in the creation of training tools and provide clinical feedback to R&D and Engineering teams based on customer needs and field observations.
Knowledge Sharing: Participate in regular peer calls with other specialists to share best practices and technical updates.
Reporting: Produce comprehensive post-training reports and communicate market opportunities or customer concerns to Field Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support.
