Join us as an Operations Coordinator and become a key player in the Central Europe Offshore Service organization. Your day will be filled with ensuring standardized and harmonized back‑office processes across all CEU offshore sites. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the training and competencies of technicians, managing procurement processes, and providing essential administrative support to the site team. Dive into a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and success of our offshore operations.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Maintain and monitor technicians’ training requirements, ensuring compliance with SGRE and site‑specific standards.
- Set up, update, and manage training requirements in SGRE’s TC Manager in collaboration with the Site team and Training & Competence Advisor.
- Develop and maintain site and annual training plans with the Operational Planner and Site Manager, including training demand forecasting.
- Manage procurement for non‑standard materials and office supplies, including PO creation, release, follow‑up, and issue resolution in SAP.
- Provide site administrative support, including onboarding and off‑boarding, timesheet validation, and preparation of documentation for crew changes.
- Act as site administrator for SharePoint and Teams, manage access rights, ensure document governance, and support operational coordination through briefings and event organization.
What You Bring
- 2‑3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar coordination, operations, or administrative role.
- Hands‑on operational experience in a site‑based or service environment is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Business English and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and training or competence management processes is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with experience applying process improvement and quality‑oriented practices.
- High awareness and ownership of quality and safety topics, ideally within an operational or industrial context.
