THE MISSION

Welcome to Mama Shelter, where the numbers are as essential as the vibes! As our Cluster Revenue Manager, you’ll be in control of your room income, and with you, every room sold is a win, and every euro counts double.

Responsabilités

  • Revenue strategy & optimization: develop and implement revenue strategy hand in hand with the General Manager and brand guidelines, anticipating market movements like a chess player. Maximise revenue while maintaining a smart commercial balance. Spot trend discrepancies before anyone else does.
  • Process & tool management: revenue management tools (RMS, PMS). Train teams, guarantee data quality, and transform every analysis into powerful decisions.
  • Market & competition analysis: scrutinise competition, adjust prices with finesse, evaluate contracts, and take action on new trends and opportunities.
  • Forecasts and recommendations: optimise distribution channels, analyse indicators (RevPar, market share) and propose agile adjustments to stay ahead of the game.
  • Leadership & team management: manage your Reservation Team, motivate, train and unite. Make every customer interaction a memorable experience while achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Compliance & standards: ensure procedures are followed while innovating to keep Mama Shelter unique.

Qualifications

  • Your leadership is as sharp as your analytical mind – you don’t just follow trends; you anticipate and shape them.
  • You are fluent in reservations and distribution systems (TARS, PMS, IDEAS, Opera Cloud...).
  • Your organisational skills are legendary. Your communication is crystal clear.
  • You could have been a chess grandmaster – calculating risks, spotting opportunities, and always keeping the big picture in mind.
  • Your Excel spreadsheets and reports are your type of modern art.
  • You’re fluent in English. If you also speak French, it would be an advantage.
