Job Description

We are looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join us and contribute to the success of 3 Mama Shelter properties in Europe, including one opening.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategy in partnership with the General Manager and brand guidelines, anticipating market movements.
• Manage revenue management tools (RMS, PMS), train teams, guarantee data quality, and transform analyses into actionable decisions.
• Conduct market and competition analysis, adjust prices, and evaluate contracts.
• Create forecasts that serve as roadmaps, optimize distribution channels, analyze indicators such as RevPAR and market share, and propose agile adjustments.
• Lead and manage the Reservation Team, motivate, train, and unite staff to deliver memorable customer interactions and exceed targets.
• Ensure compliance with procedures while innovating to maintain the unique identity of Mama Shelter.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and analytical skills, able to anticipate and shape trends.
• Fluency in reservations and distribution systems (TARS, PMS, IDEAS, Opera Cloud, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• A strategic mindset akin to a chess grandmaster, calculating risks and spotting opportunities.
• Proficiency in Excel for spreadsheet and report creation.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
