Purpose Of The Job
Your mission will be to manage and optimize product purchases in accordance with specifications defined by the Management and internal prescribers. You will be in charge of selecting products and suppliers, negotiating the best purchasing conditions (quality, price, deadlines) and developing your portfolio in a proactive and sustainable manner.
Your Missions
Manage purchases on your portfolio :
Analyze the market and the company's needs relating to your portfolio.
Collaborate with internal prescribers to define specifications and quantify the budget.
Develop a purchasing strategy and program consistent with the company's strategy.
Manage calls for tenders, analyze supplier proposals and anticipate potential risks.
Ensure the profitability of purchases and monitor the performance of your actions.
Negotiate and finalize contracts (price, quality, deadlines, delivery, payment terms) with the support of internal departments (legal, finance).
Manage And Develop Your Portfolio
Supervise the legal and financial aspects of contracts to minimize risks.
Resolve commercial and financial disputes in collaboration with your hierarchy.
Monitor contracts, suppliers and stocks.
Build a portfolio of strategic suppliers to develop long-term partnerships.
Carry out regulatory monitoring in order to adapt your practices to legislative changes.
Your Profile
You hold a degree in management, commerce or purchasing (bac +5).
You have significant experience in purchasing (ideally CAPEX/OPEX) - 5 years miniimum.
You have solid skills in negotiation and contract management.
You are rigorous, results-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills.
A good command of office automation and ERP tools is essential.
Fluency in English (B2 minimum).
