Business Development (Aviation Aftermarket)
Business Development (Aviation Aftermarket)
You know the aviation transaction market (lessors, MROs, brokers, lease return, pre-purchase inspection) or you learn it fast. You will own outreach, qualify pipeline, prepare for and run prospect conversations, and push interesting conversations toward a real first transaction. You understand the positioning (Sparengine is the auditor, not the logbook) and you can sit credibly across the table from a technical buyer. Self-directed, structured, allergic to a deal that never closes.

Company Overview
Sparengine is an AI-powered aviation technical records reconstruction and audit platform, built under Ascentis Technologies. We serve the aviation transaction market: lessors, MROs, brokers, and anyone who needs to know the truth about an aircraft\'s records before money changes hands. Our positioning is simple: the tracking system is the logbook, Sparengine is the auditor.

Why Sparengine
This is not a product looking for a market. The pain is real, expensive, and admitted openly by the people who live it. Your job is to turn that into the first deals that define the company. High ownership, direct access to the founder, and a clear shot at building the commercial engine from the ground up.
