What you'll do
- Initiate and conduct field-based prospecting efforts to secure meetings with healthcare professionals at their practice locations.
- Assess the specific needs of practitioners to effectively showcase how our digital tools can enhance their operational efficiency and visibility.
- Provide hands-on training to medical personnel on our software solutions directly within their clinics, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize our products.
- Maintain and organize your schedule and client interactions through the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring accurate tracking of your sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights from the field and contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base within your designated territory.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers to encourage long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in field sales or direct prospecting, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- A relevant degree from a business school, vocational training focused on sales, or a university-level qualification in commerce or business.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for driving results and achieving targets.

- A genuine enthusiasm for the digital landscape and a commitment to improving healthcare accessibility.
- Previous experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to manage client relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector and an understanding of the challenges faced by practitioners.
