Target Mission
- Be the manager of the ATR Quality Assurance team (4 members), ensure development of individuals and team performance
- Ensure Ethics & Compliance principles and promote ATR values
- Ensure drive of subcontractor activities on this perimeter
- Drive ATR Quality Assurance activities:
- Inspection plan management and instructions preparation
- Operational Surveillance management and analysis
- Metrology process and management
- Archiving: aircraft documentation management and surveillance
- Quality support to PAV
About You
- Experience 5-10 years in aeronautics industry, shopfloor environment and Quality, ATR aircraft knowledge is a plus.
- Very good understanding of shopfloor and Quality Assurance principles, knowledge in continuous improvement.
- Soft skills: rigor, autonomy, teamwork, agility, organisational skills, relational skills, communication and synthesis.
- Ability to engage own team and interfaces to achieve ATR objectives.
- Fluent in operational English and French.
