Responsibilities

As a Technical and Functional Architect within the G2S information systems division, you will support the STARC program, which modernizes underwriting and pricing processes. Your key responsibilities include:

• Assisting the business owner and métiers in scoping requirements and formalizing user stories, EPICs, or specifications.
• Designing technical‑functional solutions, estimating costs, and ensuring feasibility with planners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Providing functional expertise for implementation, test strategy, and co‑construction of specifications with engineers.
• Supporting project teams and the business owner on functional aspects, including during acceptance phases.
• Contributing to the definition of the information system’s urban planning trajectory around STARC, in the short and medium term.
• Preparing synthesis and steering materials for program stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduate (Bac+5) with at least 10 years of experience in technical‑functional architecture or large‑scale project scoping.
• Proven ability to scope complex projects/programs and produce functional architecture deliverables in coordination with multiple contributors.
• Strong relational and communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders: métiers, technical experts, vendors.
• Excellent synthesis skills and ability to produce structured reporting materials.
• Autonomous, analytical mind, critical perspective, and client orientation.
• Pedagogical qualities to lead workshops, persuade and structure decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to evolve within a large group and support transformations.
