About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Senior Consultant to support a major regulatory reform project, including compliance with EN16931 and related electronic invoicing requirements. The consultant will work closely with functional architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure full alignment between business needs, SAP processes, and legal constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and master the regulatory reform , including EN16931 and associated requirements.

• Lead workshops with business teams to explain impacts on existing processes and gather detailed needs.

• Analyze current use cases and run detailed functional workshops with all departments involved in invoicing.

• Perform fit-gap analysis between reform requirements and SAP SD/iDoc capabilities.

• Write functional specifications for enhancements, guide technical development teams, and support testing phases.

• Configure SAP SD , particularly iDocs and pricing schemes.

• Manage data extraction and migration activities.

• Prepare and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) as well as production deployments.

• Conduct regulatory watch to anticipate upcoming changes and ensure continuous compliance.

Required Profile

• SAP SD “broad scope” expertise with strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.

• Ability to quickly understand and adapt to an existing SAP landscape.

• Strong experience leading functional workshops with diverse stakeholders (business, development, interfaces, partners such as CEGEDIM).

• Solid knowledge of iDocs , user-exits , queries , LSMW , and related SAP tools.

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with an internal functional architect.

• Based near Lyon or able to work on-site(3 days/week) .
