Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS

You are joining our Global Markets Operational Risks team from Natixis, who is looking for a Operational risk analyst for a 1-year apprenticeship from September 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Intervene with an Operational Risk Analyst on operational incident analyses (process analysis, Data, IT...)
• Intervene in the follow-up of corrective actions, KRIs
• Intervene during the preparation of the Operational Risk Committees of the Front-Office or support functions (Operations, Finance, Legal or HR)
• Participate in meetings with the OR platforms internationally

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the BAC+5 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering), with a specialization in Operational Risk.

You master the usual office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You have knowledge in Finance/Banking and Operational Risks. First experiences in these fields would be a plus.

You demonstrate adaptability and curiosity. In addition, you possess excellent listening skills, writing, and good interpersonal skills.

And last but not least you are perfectly fluent in English.
