Job Description
You will join our team within the Treasury Solutions Operations - Cash Services department and the Digital Exchange unit, which is looking for an Implementation Officer for a 2-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
Within the Technology & Transformation Division, the Operations Division ("DO") provides middle and back-office functions as well as Third-Party administration for the Global Markets, Financing, Investment Banking, and Trade and Treasury Solutions activities, serving the Corporate & Investment Bank.
In collaboration with your mentor, your main missions will be:
Implement contracts and amendments for telematic services and the Internet Portal:
- Configure subscriptions in the repositories of Natixis's information system.
- Coordinate implementation actions carried out by other stakeholders.
- Inform requesters of the file's progress.
- Test implementations with clients and make necessary adjustments.
- Support the Front Office and clients.
Supervise telematic platforms:
- Take charge of (diagnosis and action plan) anomalies related to connection, data transmission and translation, and structure checks (file format and subscription characteristics).
- Check the status of teletransmission platforms and the sending of files to clients.
Provide assistance to clients, subsidiaries, BPCE Group banks, Front Offices, and Back Offices (in close collaboration with the IT teams):
- Handle information requests and complaints.
- Process intervention requests on teletransmitted files.
- Carry out exceptional procedures.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
A student at the BAC+4/5 level, you are preparing a degree (from a university, business school, or engineering school), with a specialization in Finance. You have knowledge of telematic banking communication protocols and file formats. You show an affinity for digital tools and back-office processing applications. You are methodical and have strong synthesis skills. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
