Job Description

We invite you to join our international Airbus SAS team in Blagnac as we launch the 2026 HR Data Analyst and Digital apprenticeship.

ALT 2026 - HR Data Analyst and Digital (F/H) – a 2‑year apprenticeship starting at the 2026 academic year.

This apprenticeship focuses on data analysis to improve reporting quality, specifying and testing new SIRH features (including AI), and supporting the digital transformation of HR processes worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Business Owner in defining and translating requirements into functional specifications for digital teams working in Agile PI mode.
  • Ensure quality of delivered features (including AI) by designing and executing test scenarios before worldwide deployment.
  • Clean, analyze and visualise remuneration data to provide actionable indicators and automate international reporting.
  • Contribute to data reliability improvements and provide functional support to HR users of digital tools.
  • Animate the “Community of Practice” by preparing content for learning forums on Data, Reporting, and AI.
  • Support change management by creating training materials to facilitate adoption of new digital tools by HR users.

Qualifications

You will be entering a Bac+5 level study in HR, IT, Digital or Data Analytics.

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in data manipulation and visualisation tools (Qlik Sense, Google Suite, etc.).
  • Strong interest in HRIS, data governance and practical AI applications (LLM, agents).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the role of Business Owner.

Soft skills:

  • Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Outreaching communication skills and ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders (digital teams, HR, consultants).
  • Proactive, autonomous and innovative in an evolving environment.

Language skills:

  • English: advanced.
  • French: advanced.

Travel may be required depending on the offer.
