About the Role

An apprenticeship opportunity entitled “Human Resources Apprentice: Manager and Leader Development – Airbus Leadership University” (F/M) has just opened at Airbus Leadership University on its Blagnac site.

The role is part of the “HUUE” Center of Expertise, responsible for guiding the strategic roadmap for leadership, engagement and culture for Airbus and implementing related processes and tools.

The apprenticeship will begin in September 2026 and run for one or two years.

Responsibilities

• Help the expertise centre teams define and analyse elements that enable the evolution of managerial practices and associated reference frameworks.
• Develop various Leadership & Culture solutions (including digital solutions).
• Contribute to the development of cross‑functional projects within the university.
• Conduct in‑depth research on best practices and trends in leadership development and management.
• Perform needs analysis and skills mapping.
• Identify gaps in current management skills and propose development areas.
• Support the digitalisation of the university’s solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a five‑year degree programme (BAC+5) in Human Resources or a related field.
• Knowledge of project management.
• Digital skills (Google Suite and analytical data).
• Positive, collaborative mindset and team‑work orientation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Creativity and openness.
• Multicultural experience (optional).

Language Requirements

• English: advanced / negotiation level.
• French: advanced / negotiation level.
