International HR Specialist (intern)
The International HR (intern) Specialist plays an important role in assisting teams in the context of the company’s growing international activities. This associate will work hand-in-hand with the Senior Manager HR International to organize and structure HR activities across the international region. She/he will support the execution of the HR strategy in the international region and comply with the law on several matters. The interns / apprentice is designed to involve the associate in ongoing HR topics, with a focus on designing HR processes tailored to the company’s needs within the international region.
This role is ideal for students who want to gain hands-on experience in HR within an international environment.
Responsibilities :
- Participate in the management of the training CAPA, and participle on the preparation of the audits.
- Collaborate on the management pf WFP, Succession planning and Performance coaching for the international.
- Supporting daily HR activities and the administrative management of employees’ life within the company.
- Participate in the design HR processes tailored to the company’s needs.
- Support on implementing the professional interview processes.
- Help on managing the forfait‑jours review procedure.
- Contribute to the management of the professional assessments.
- Help on creating and managing risks prevention process.
- Participate in the management of the onboarding of the external associates.
- Participate in the preparation of the work council meetings documentation.
- Regularly communicate with employees and managers, answering questions and proactively seeking relevant information.
- Help prepare the monthly payroll by checking all necessary changes and documentation.
- Maintain international HR dashboards and ensure regular reporting of consolidated key indicators at the international level (headcount, absences, etc…).
- Update shared resources and tools and update the organizational chart.
- Participating in other HR projects aimed at improving local processes and policies.
- Stay up to date with workplace international laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and effective enforcement across our organizations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Knowledge & Experience in human resources.
- Good knowledge and understanding of international laws.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- A hands-on mentality and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, dynamic, and curious, and have excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- A strong eye for detail, and highly organized.

- Ability to work transversally and engage the different groups of the company (sales, clinical, technical, product development, manufacturing, operations, etc.)

- Advanced or intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, required.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and French, another EU language is big plus.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a degree, Master’s level student in HR (1st or 2nd year) in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Some past working experience (internship, apprenticeship) in human resources and support function, including experience in international is preferred.
Location: Montpellier preferably, or Paris.
