Accounting Apprentice (M/F)

The profile we are looking for?
You are preparing for a Bac+3 course in accounting (DCG, BUT GEA or Professional Licence) and are looking for a 2‑year work‑study program.
Prior experience in accounting (internship or student job) would be appreciated.

What will the missions be?
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will join a department comprised of three sections: general accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. During your apprenticeship, you will gradually gain experience in these different areas to develop a comprehensive understanding of how the department operates.
Your main missions will be:
- Accounts payable management: invoice entry, reminders, reconciliation and payments
- Management of customer accounts: follow‑up, reconciliation, monitoring of payments and doubtful accounts (COFACE)
- Entering bank transactions and performing reconciliations
- Participation in the digitization of invoices via ESKER
- Contribution to monthly closing procedures (FNP/FAE)
- Participation in monitoring VAT, intercompany transactions, DEB and DES
Depending on your profile and interests, you may also be offered assignments related to management control.
