A leading Chinese cosmetics OEM/ODM manufacturer with its own factories, serving top global beauty groups including L’Oréal.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new key accounts in France and Europe, focusing on international beauty giants and major private label brands.

Drive OEM/ODM business growth for makeup and skincare products, achieve annual sales targets, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Coordinate with China-based internal teams (R&D, Production, QC, Supply Chain) to align client needs on pricing, packaging, quality, lead time, and MOQ.

Participate in international beauty exhibitions (Luxe Pack, Cosmoprof, etc.) for customer acquisition and brand promotion.

Act as the key interface between European clients and the company’s internal operations throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Requirements – Mandatory

5+ years of B2B sales/business development experience in the cosmetics industry, specifically in makeup.

Proven experience working with top beauty groups (e.g., L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, Shiseido, Chanel, Dior, Clarins, etc.) either as a brand owner, OEM/ODM manufacturer, or raw material/packaging supplier serving these accounts.

Deep understanding of the OEM/ODM business model: formulation, pricing, MOQ, lead time, quality control, and regulatory requirements.

Fluent in French and English (both required).
