Business Development Executive
Company Intro:
A leading Chinese cosmetics OEM/ODM manufacturer with its own factories, serving top-tier global cosmetics clients including L’Oréal.
Job Location: Paris, FranceIdentify, prospect, and acquire new key accounts in France & Europe, targeting international beauty giants and major private label clients.
Lead end-to-end business development efforts for OEM/ODM projects, driving revenue growth and expanding market share in the region.
Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with China-based internal teams (R&D, Production, QC) to align client needs on pricing, packaging, quality, and timelines.
Represent the company at international beauty exhibitions (Luxe Pack, Cosmoprof, etc.) to generate leads and strengthen brand presence5+ years of B2B business development or sales experience in cosmetics OEM/ODM or beauty manufacturing.
Experience working with top cosmetics groups (e.g., L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, Shiseido) is a strong plus.
