Human Resources Manager

I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing deep-tech R&D organisation that’s establishing a new European R&D hub in Paris.

We’re looking for an experienced HR & Talent Operations Manager who can build the local HR function from scratch and support the setup of the new team.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling a global tech company as they expand across Europe.

The Role

• Develop and implement recruitment strategy for the Paris R&D site
• Manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and HR operations
• Advise on local employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
• Build scalable HR frameworks and processes
• Act as the bridge between European teams and HQ stakeholders

About You

• Solid HR / Talent Acquisition experience in France
• Excellent knowledge of French labor law and HR compliance
• Fluent Mandarin and English (essential)
• Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-scaling environment
• Experience building HR structures in startups or new sites is a strong plus
• Must have French / EU work authorization
