Workday Technical Lead

As part of our commitment to supporting our people and operations, we are seeking a Workday Technical Lead to lead the development and optimization of our HR system landscape. In this role, you will maximize the value of Workday across the HR function, drive strategic improvements, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to shape the future of HR processes globally. This is a hands-on leadership role with true ownership, clear accountability, and executive support.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Workday product roadmap, ensuring alignment with HR strategy and organizational goals while maximizing business value.
- Shape and optimize HR processes across Payroll, Recruitment, and Time & Attendance, translating business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders across multiple locations to define priorities, gather requirements, and influence the future HR process landscape.
- Serve as a Workday subject matter expert and trusted advisor, guiding process improvements, system enhancements, integrations, and reporting to enhance the employee experience.
- Ensure Workday delivers strategic value for HR and the organization through effective governance, continuous improvement, and process-driven decision-making.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Workday Lead, or similar in a Workday HR environment, with a solid foundation of Workday modules and HR processes.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable and sustainable system solutions that drive HR efficiency and employee experience.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders across HR and IT, as well as global organizations is highly regarded.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and a track record of leading product strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to prioritize initiatives based on business value.
