Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the France Sales team, the Territory Manager will sell and promote Laborie’s range of products (Equipment and Consumables for Urology and Gastroenterology), provide repair, service and maintenance in both public and private hospitals. French Departments: 75, 77, 78, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95.

About the Role

Customer Management

  • Achieve agreed budgets, focused on sales growth.
  • Present, in‑service and sell Laborie products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Support and advise the physician on the correct use of Laborie products.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations and sales contracts.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Manage defined Key Accounts and Key Opinion Leaders of the territory through regular visits (at least four times per year).
  • In charge of transmitting customer information/feedback to the Helpdesk and QARA team.
  • Responsible for Article R 5212‑22 as part of informing the Helpdesk and corresponding QARA employee regarding evaluation and reporting of incidents in the French market.

Business Development

  • Present brand value propositions and value‑added customer solutions, leveraging Laborie’s overall range and focusing on account penetration.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Organize and/or participate in events such as congresses, workshops, and training.

Support & Training & Service

  • Demonstrate effective use of all sales tools and materials provided to identify and develop opportunities.
  • Prospect to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow‑up and forecasts.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Fill and update the CRM software tool regularly (at least once per week) with all information regarding activities, prospect and customer contact details, and new and ongoing leads.
  • Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
  • Educate and train clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders, providing verbal technical support and organizing regular in‑services.
  • Provide first‑level support on Laborie’s product portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree – HBO.
  • Electro‑technical and/or Information Technology MedTech, Bio‑technical, Biomedical or IT‑related studies/experience.
  • IT knowledge: Microsoft Operating Systems, both stand‑alone PCs and domain integration solutions, security aspects, hospital IT integration (HL7, DICOM).
  • French is native language; proficiency in English with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Full driving license.
  • Flexible in terms of travelling (including occasional overnight stays).
  • Advanced presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to spot business opportunities and to persuade and influence others.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Used to working independently with a high level of time management skills.
