Telecom Solutions Architect

In this strategic and customer-facing role, you will help communication service providers modernize their operations through innovative telecom software solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholders, guiding customers through solution design, implementation, and long-term success. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll shape scalable BSS/OSS architectures aligned with evolving telecom trends such as 5G monetization and AI-driven automation. \n Accountabilities:

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams to develop tailored telecom solution proposals aligned with customer objectives and technical ecosystems.

Lead customer-facing technical discussions, presentations, and workshops to build confidence in proposed solutions and implementation strategies.

Support the full customer engagement lifecycle, from pre-sales discovery and proposal development through post-contract implementation and optimization.

Analyze customer feedback, operational challenges, and market trends to contribute to future product enhancements and broader solution capabilities.

Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts while maintaining strong long-term relationships.

Advocate for customer requirements internally across Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
