The Implementation Specialist represents the company full digital portfolio suite. The IS is an expert in end-to-end clinical workflows (from image acquisition to treatment execution) and uses this expertise to exceed territory sales goals through solution selling. He/she forms deep end-customer relationships throughout the customer journey (pre- and post-sale).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with DSS (Digital Sales Specialist) to identify new/existing customer opportunities and regularly review data in CRM and other tools to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Deliver best in class training, education, onboarding and technical support to customers according to the AA onboarding EMEA playbook.
- Accountable for establishing, defining, and measuring key performance indicators for customer experiences throughout the onboarding and product early acquisition process.
- Provides quick response and resolution to customers' technical and product related needs and deliver strong customer experience.
- Reviews and reports complaints received from customers and recommends corrective action through established reporting guidelines.
- Support the multi-quarter sales plan that is aligned with territory and region goals.
- Cooperate with the Marketing team to build tools, campaign that support the product.
- Study competitive and adjacent products, technologies, clinical studies, industry trends, and other general information of interest to customers.
- Frequent travel including some nights/weekends for contact with existing and potential customers.
- Establish and maintain a travel schedule that will allow consistent contact with existing and potential customers at work trade shows / customer marketing & education events.
- Be seen as the technical expert for AA digital portfolio within the region. Deliver internal training and support to the AA DSS as needed as it relates to this portfolio.
- Prepares periodic reports including weekly call reports, weekly expense reports, periodic general reports, and other reports as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications and Competencies
- Dental Tech, Hygienist, Dental Degree or any BSs.
- Previous experience within dental industry, in orthodontics is highly preferred or any equivalent withing the medical field.
- Willingness to operate in an international environment.
- Fluent in English + native in French.
- Resident in one of the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg.
- Demonstrated ability to digest, to comprehend, and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information related to company and industry products.
- Advanced negotiation, presentation and closing skills – strong ability to influence others and build strong personal relationship with customers.
- Hunter and farming-mindset – actively approaching customer prospects.
