Technicien SAV Itinérant / Field Service Technician (H/F)

The ideal candidate has a technical background (preferably in electrical or electrotechnical fields) and is motivated to develop a career in field service. We are looking for a flexible professional with strong problem-solving abilities, good communication skills and a professional attitude, capable of representing the company while working directly with customers. Junior profiles are also welcome, especially if they already have some basic technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Performing on-site maintenance, diagnostics and technical assistance at customer locations;
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as quickly and efficiently as possible;
• Installing, inspecting and servicing professional kitchen equipment;
• Representing the company during on-site interventions and maintaining a professional relationship with clients;
• Operating independently in the assigned territory after completing the training program.

Key Requirements

• Technical diploma (preferably in electrotechnics; plumbing or electrical background is also acceptable) and good manual skills;
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or electronic systems;
• Previous experience, even brief, in hydraulic maintenance, electronics, or electrical systems is preferred;
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
• Fluency in French (English is a great plus);
• Availability to spend 1 month in Italy for the initial training (Meals and accommodation covered by the company);
• Availability to travel almost all the working time , field-based position.
