Design Engineer – Electrical Engineering F/M/X

Job Description

As part of the EIS team, which is dedicated to customized solutions and attached to the Power Conversion Business Line, you will contribute to the development of expertise- and adaptation-oriented activities. Under the management of the Engineering Manager, you will carry out the technical design of customized electrical solutions and ensure their technical, documentary, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design customized electrical solutions: analyze customer needs, select components, define the architecture, and optimize the solution according to technical, safety, and economic constraints.
• Produce and validate technical documentation: technical files, parts lists, plans, production cycles, product qualifications, and CE deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with standards (IEC/EN) and ETO quality processes; ensure regulatory compliance of delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with purchasing and suppliers to define technical specifications, monitor validations, and secure production.
• Contribute to continuous improvement: technical monitoring, capitalization of solutions, formalization of guidelines, improvement of methods, and participation in product development.
• Participate in technical training and skills development for teams (equipment, standards, best practices).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in electrical engineering, electrical engineering, energy, or power conversion.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in design or technical engineering, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of IEC/EN standards related to electrical products and ability to read/interpret complex diagrams.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Italian appreciated.
