Cat: Gamified learning that makes education engaging and fun This position balances individual contribution with team leadership: you will spend 50% of your time hands-on developing complex features and 50% coaching and supporting your team. Your responsibilities include defining quality standards, creating technical patterns, conducting code reviews with instructional feedback, and fostering engineer development. You own team results, not solely your individual output. Expect high ownership in a small team setting with minimal bureaucracy.
