Are you a Mechanic with strong experience of heavy mining equipment?

Have you worked in a client facing role, supporting and advising on technical solutions?

Are you located in, or near, Mâcon?

This role is working for a global engineering company who are frontrunners in sustainable technology, end-to-end solutions, and services for the mining, aggregates and oil & gas industries. It will report into the Support Director SENA (South Europe and North Africa).

Due to an upcoming retirement, they are looking for a Technical Sales Support who will work alongside the sales team to provide technical support for their whole product line within the region (SENA).

You will need:

1. In depth technical experience with heavy mining equipment, both fixed and mobile.
2. Strong experience in a client facing role, providing solutions and feeding market needs back to internal teams.
3. Some understanding of CAD and product design.
4. A drive to develop your technical and commercial knowledge.
5. Availability to travel in France, and occasionally internationally.
