About the role

To support the distribution of our Surveying portfolio and drive further market development, we are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer – Surveying (M/F) based in the South West region of France .

In this role, you will combine technical expertise and sales drive, acting as a trusted partner to customers and distributors. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, demonstrating the value of our solutions, and developing long‑term relationships across the region.

Your Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers while supporting and developing existing customers and distribution partners
  • Generate new sales opportunities through product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars
  • Close deals and achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Support and contribute to marketing and communication activities (seminars, exhibitions, trade fairs, etc.)
  • Build strong, long‑term customer relationships based on trust and collaboration
  • Support and develop new and existing distribution channels across targeted markets and segments
  • Work closely with internal teams supporting sales activities across other business divisions

  • Solid sales drive and “hunter” mentality
  • Technical education or degree in surveying / geomatics (preferred)
  • Experience selling technical or consultative solutions
  • Hands‑on knowledge of 3D scanning, mobile mapping, and/or traditional surveying solutions (Total Stations, GNSS)
  • Experience with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with curiosity for new markets and applications
  • Ability to work independently with a solution‑focused approach
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the South West region and surrounding areas
