Antenna Sales Manager West Europe
Quectel Wireless Solutions is global IoT technology developer and cellular module supplier of 5G, LTE, LTE-A, LPWA, Smart Module, C-V2X, GSM/GPRS, UMTS/HSPA(+) and GNSS modules. Due to business expansion on in EMEA region, Quectel is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join our team.
Quectel is seeking a results-driven for an Antenna Sales Manager to drive the sale of Quectel Antennas across the EMEA region. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our market share by targeting competitor accounts, developing new business, and strengthening relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with EMEA Regional Sales Managers, the Sales Representative Network, and other internal stakeholders, reporting directly to the EMEA Antenna Sales Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Core Sales & Business Development
- Develop a deep understanding of Quectel’s products and value proposition to effectively sell to both new and existing customers.
- Meet or exceed specified sales quotas in support of company profit and growth targets.
- Proactively hunt for new prospects and actively grow the sales funnel.
- Engage with potential customer leads to expand Quectel’s customer base.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers through consistent communication and support.
- Manage the sales pipeline and guide prospects through the full sales cycle, including Customer Acquisition, Technical Evaluation, and Design Win.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing revenue and long-term partnership.
- Travel regularly to meet with current customers, staying attuned to evolving business needs and adapting accordingly.
- Serve as a responsive and accessible point of contact for all customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales teams, Field Application Engineers (FAEs), and Product Managers to ensure seamless understanding of technical requirements and elevate issues as needed.
- Partner with colleagues globally to ensure customers and their manufacturing or development partners receive comprehensive support across all locations.
- Organize and lead customer business reviews to identify opportunities for future collaboration and growth.
- Work closely with a dedicated Sales Administrator to manage all purchase order placements and maintain accurate, current sales forecasts.
Attend industry tradeshows and events across the EMEA region as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional industry experience.
- Background: Sales or technical experience is preferred but not essential.
- Candidates with experience in engineering, product management, project management, or partnership development are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to customers and internal teams.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a demanding schedule.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the EMEA region.
