We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant specializing in StoreOnce and Commvault to oversee and execute a critical upgrade and integration project. This role will focus on enhancing client’s backup and data management capabilities, requiring both on-site and off-site work, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality documentation.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the upgrade and integration of StoreOnce into the client’s current infrastructure.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and configuration for StoreOnce, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the StoreOnce deployment and upgrade process.

• Design, configure, and optimize Commvault backup solutions to meet the client’s data protection and disaster recovery requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive testing to validate Commvault backup solutions and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Offer technical mentorship to client staff on managing and operating Commvault solutions effectively.

• Develop and deliver key project documentation, including DATD (Detailed Architecture and Technical Design) and Flow Matrix.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.

• Engage directly with client stakeholders on-site two days per week to review project progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact, facilitating clear and effective communication between technical teams and client representatives.

Our Requirements

Language: Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required.
