Overview:

The Storage and Backup Solution Expert will design, implement, and maintain enterprise storage and backup systems. The role involves ensuring data integrity, optimizing storage performance, and managing backup and recovery processes in compliance with security standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement storage and backup solutions for enterprise environments
• Manage storage arrays and SAN/NAS infrastructure
• Configure and maintain backup systems (e.g., Networker, Commvault, Rubrik)
• Monitor storage performance and optimize capacity planning
• Ensure compliance with security and resiliency standards
• Automate backup and recovery processes
• Troubleshoot incidents and provide Level 2 and 3 support
• Maintain documentation and operational procedures
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams for integration projects

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of backup solutions (Networker, Commvault, Rubrik)
• Experience with SAN/NAS configuration and management
• Familiarity with scripting for automation (Shell, Python)
• Understanding of ITIL best practices

Appreciated Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud storage and hybrid backup solutions
• Disaster recovery planning and execution
• Performance tuning and capacity optimization
• Effective communication in French and English
