Our company is committed to excellence, innovation, and integrity . As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Manager/Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all tax regulations while optimizing tax strategies to support the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle corporate tax filings, including Value-Added Tax (VAT) and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) .
• Identify potential tax and business risks and develop effective solutions to address tax-related issues.
• Oversee all aspects of the company’s tax compliance, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and payments.
• Provide strategic tax planning and advice to minimize tax liabilities and support business decisions.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their potential impact on the business.
• Assist with tax audits, ensuring proper documentation and effective risk management.
• Collaborate with the accounting team during month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and maintain tax reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably within a multinational environment or a Big Four firm.
• Strong knowledge of local and international tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in French and English (Chinese is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
