Your Mission

We are looking for a
Finance Manager
to lead all our financial operations and support the company's next phase of growth. You will oversee all aspects of financial management, from accounting and reporting to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization.

You will also drive the company's non-dilutive funding strategy, securing public financing opportunities from local, regional, and European programs to support innovation and growth.

You will partner closely with the executive team to provide strategic insights, ensure compliance, and implement processes that strengthen our financial structure as we scale globally.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor key metrics, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and financial compliance with external partners.
• Identify, apply for, and manage non-dilutive funding opportunities (grants, repayable advances, innovation loans) from local, regional and European programs.
• Partner with department heads to optimize spending and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support investor reporting and due diligence as needed.

About You - Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling roles.
• Proven experience in a tech or startup environment, ideally with international operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and reporting.
• Experience identifying and managing public or non-dilutive funding sources.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and financial software (e.g. Pennylane, BI tools, etc.).
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
