The Head of Finance (M/F) will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, managing the financial planning and analysis functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the Corporate team.

This role requires a deep understanding of financial management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, aligning it with overall business and group objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and corporate team, contributing to business growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial laws.
• Evaluate and implement financial systems, processes, and controls to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Corporate and other departments to drive financial performance and support operational excellence.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the corporate stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Finance.
• Financial Audit background is a plus.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful financial strategies.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Location

The job is based in Paris. Frequent travel in Nancy is required.
