Syndic Accountant

• Reporting to the Head of the Software Training unit for syndic activity, you will support condominium management specialists in the deployment of their new business solution.
• Training management: conducting functional diagnostics and configuring business requirements within the application; designing and delivering training on the use of the tool (remote, on-site or via recorded video); preparing product documentation and providing user support.
• Client relationship management: organizing and scheduling client meetings at each stage of the project lifecycle; actively participating in steering committees to make decisions according to the client's specific expectations.
• Travel within and around the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (AuRA) region is expected up to three days per week, requiring flexibility for overnight stays and proximity to a train station.

Requirements

• Higher education: BTS in Real Estate Professions or Accounting and Management (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years' professional experience as a property accountant in the syndic/condominium sector.
• Interest in IT processes, pedagogical training and fieldwork.
