Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering and change management support
• Project monitoring and management; organizing and leading client meetings
• Implementation and configuration
• User training
• User acceptance testing (UAT)
• Production rollout / go-live
• Support

Requirements

• Proven experience on HRIS projects (implementation, configuration, support)
• Strong functional knowledge of payroll and employee administration
• Strong interpersonal and pedagogical skills to deliver training and support teams
• Organizational skills, autonomy and a team-player mindset
• Curiosity, rigor and a desire to grow in a technical and business environment
