Reporting to the IT Manager, you will act as a key point of contact for all on‑site and remote user support matters. You will be particularly involved in the following areas:
Main Missions
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly and other IT routine tasks
- Ensure all support requests are logged in the IT ticketing system
- Handle IT support ticket resolution with progressively increasing autonomy, within a structured environment based on internal strict procedures to follow.
- Document the IT infrastructure and internal procedures (network diagrams, procedures, configurations, etc.)
- Prepare workstations for new employees following the onboarding procedure / offboarding
- Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues
- Contribute to the management and maintenance of the network and IT assets (anticipation and detection of anomalies)
- Monitor and receive IT equipment orders and keep the IT stock
- And other tasks related to Junior IT position assigned by the IT Manager
Profile & Required Skills
You have a background in IT, network administration, system administration, or technical support. With minimum BTS, or bac+2 and have 2 years of professional experience using the following technologies:
- Comfortable with Microsoft O365 / SharePoint-OneDrive / Outlook, etc.
- Systems and networks
- Analysis and troubleshooting
- Technical English (reading documentation and writing procedures; oral test during interview)
Your communication skills, autonomy, and organizational abilities will be key strengths in successfully handling this role.
Conditions
- Position based in Paris, with travel to other sites, particularly Caen
