ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our customers, securing subsequent drone deployments and driving software upsell within our existing customer base. As an integral part of the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, MROs, and military/government clients, acting as the primary point of contact
- Understand client needs, priorities, and objectives; communicate these effectively and provide strategic support
- Identify opportunities for account growth, scaling, upselling, and cross-selling
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements
- Monitor usage and performance, and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to maintain trust
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Perform online and on-site product demonstrations
- Participate in prioritizing the product roadmap and customer support improvements
- Work with the marketing team to prepare effective presentations and materials
- Ensure all key information is accurately updated in the CRM

- Proven experience of 5+ years in a similar role, ideally within airlines and MROs
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel and perform on-site demonstrations
- Strong ability to take initiative, be proactive, and challenge industry norms
- Excellent ability to synthesize and prioritize customer requests, and adapt to evolving product specifications
- Experience in complex B2B sales environments involving multiple stakeholders
