Strategic Business Segment Lead - Health Prevention Growth

Alan is hiring a Business Segment Lead to own market leadership for a key French market segment. You will define the segment vision, set priorities, and guide strategic decisions based on market insights.

You will work with Product, Insurance, Sales and Marketing to drive strategy and go‑to‑market plans. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams across Paris and in adjacent markets, owning pricing, go‑to‑market execution and P&L considerations.
