Segment Lead: Drive Growth & Market Leadership

Alan is hiring a Business Segment Lead for the French market. You will articulate a vision for your segment, define priorities, and allocate resources to deliver value based on market insights.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Insurance, Sales and Marketing to shape the go-to-market strategy, renewal and expansion, and build a long-term plan with measurable impact. P&L ownership is core to this role.
