Alan is looking for a Business Segment Lead to drive market leadership within a defined segment by articulating a clear vision, setting priorities, and allocating resources. You will work closely with Product, Insurance, Sales and Marketing to build a long-term value plan that spans France and Europe.

You will own market intelligence, pricing strategy, GTM execution and P&L decisions, shaping how Alan grows across regions with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and impact.
