Strategic Account Executive – France (Enterprise Sales)

Lead complex enterprise acquisition cycles end‑to‑end within the French market, acting as a high‑level orchestrator and designing account strategies while managing high‑stakes negotiations to secure new enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute tailored prospecting strategies to map global enterprise accounts and identify multi‑stakeholder entry points.
  • Lead RFI/RFP processes end‑to‑end in partnership with Bid Management and expert teams.
  • Lead advanced discovery and qualification phases to validate strategic impact and ROI.
  • Coordinate pilot phases to validate value readiness and ensure successful post‑signature transitions to Account Management teams.
  • Manage complex MSA negotiations involving multi‑country procurement and high‑stakes commercial decisions.
  • Maintain expert‑level pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy within CRM systems.
  • Orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Ops, and Product teams to ensure deal quality and alignment.

Qualifications

  • High‑level education, ideally in Business, Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise sales with a proven track record of closing high‑value MSAs.
  • Native level French and strong English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of a sales framework such as Meddic and a deep understanding of complex procurement cycles.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to quantify value and deliver ROI‑driven narratives to C‑level executives.
