Enterprise Sales Director – France & Belgium

Monta powers the EV charging ecosystem, connecting hardware, software, businesses and drivers into a seamless platform. We are looking for a dynamic professional to accelerate our reach in the SaaS realm and EV charging industry.

Compensation

Salary: up to 90,000 EUR/year (based on experience) + 100% OTE.

Role

You will own net‑new logo acquisition and expansion in France & Belgium, closing complex, multi‑stakeholder, multi‑year agreements across key verticals (CPOs, energy/utilities, hardware manufacturers, installers/wholesalers, fleet, real estate, and infrastructure).

High ownership: accountable for building your pipeline, running end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycles, and delivering predictable revenue outcomes.

  • Solve complex, high‑stakes problems in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute Monta’s enterprise sales strategy for France & Belgium; deliver predictable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Prospect into and win net‑new enterprise accounts (hunter‑led), building territory plans, target lists and account strategies.
  • Run full‑cycle enterprise sales: outbound → discovery → solution → negotiation → closing multi‑year, multi‑stakeholder commercial agreements.
  • Lead C‑level engagement and negotiations, tailoring Monta’s value proposition through consultative, value‑based selling.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing and Customer Success for strong deal execution, onboarding readiness and long‑term account growth.
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline (pipeline hygiene, forecasting, deal inspection) and communicate progress/risks clearly.
  • Represent Monta at relevant industry events, trade shows and executive forums across France & Belgium.
  • Bring market intelligence back to the business (competitive landscape, policy/regulatory shifts, buyer trends) to strengthen local GTM.

What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

  • Consistently hitting revenue targets (primary success metric).
  • Building and progressing a high‑quality enterprise pipeline in France & Belgium.
  • High execution quality: strong qualification, clear next steps and controlled deal processes (e.g., MEDDICC).
  • Predictable forecasting and excellent internal collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, energy, mobility or infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high‑value deals with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong outbound capability and mindset: you create your own pipeline (you can’t rely on SDRs for success).
  • Skilled in value‑based selling and structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC / BANT or similar).
  • Strong commercial judgment, negotiation ability and stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Professional fluency in French and English (other languages a plus).
  • Willingness to travel frequently across France & Belgium as needed to win and execute deals.

AI Competency

Baseline expectation: familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Notion AI to accelerate daily work. You are expected to evaluate, adopt and responsibly use AI solutions to improve decision‑making, forecasting accuracy and sales effectiveness.
