We are seeking a passionate and dynamic team leader to join our team in Chamonix . This is more than a retail job—it’s a chance to represent a fast-growing, ambitious brand in the world’s trail-running capital. You’ll connect outdoor enthusiasts with premium gear and help them embark on their next mountain adventure.
Your Role:
- Lead and coach the team to identify customer needs, deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve business objectives.
- Be responsible for the full life cycle management of store talents: recruit, train, develop and retain a diverse and high-performing team.
- Formulate store operation strategies and achieve store performance targets.
- Analyze and leverage business data to support and execute the Kailas/FUGA retail vision.
- Lead the implementation of store customer service standards, and handle customer complaints and escalated issues.
- Continuously optimize service processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure store operations comply with company policies, laws, regulations and industry standards.
- Be responsible for store safety, loss prevention, asset management and risk control.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 3 to 5 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent leadership: able to motivate and develop the team, and build a high-performance culture.
- Business acumen: proficient in retail operations, data analysis and performance management.
- Customer orientation: pursue an exceptional customer experience with utmost dedication, and possess excellent service awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
- Communication and collaboration: English communication skills, as well as cross-departmental collaboration and negotiation capabilities.
- Stress and adaptability resilience: able to stay calm and make efficient decisions in a fast-changing and high-pressure environment.

- Regularly participate in outdoor sports.
- Have an interest or experience in social media, content creation, or digital storytelling.
