Dates: A partir de juillet 2026 pour une durée de 6 mois

Rémunération : 1400€ brut pour un stage effectué au cours du cursus ou 1823,03€ brut pour un stage de fin d’études (post‑master).

Responsibilities

• Prise en charge des processus RH tels que l’entrée, l’intégration et la sortie des collaborateurs
• Coopération avec l’équipe Talent Acquisition (basée en Pologne) pour le recrutement, notamment des stagiaires
• Gestion opérationnelle du plan de formation (interlocuteur des partenaires externes et préparation des réunions)
• Participation à la politique de rémunération
• Participation à divers projets RH tels que l’Employeur Branding, la certification Great Place to Work, les évènements internes RH et la communication interne
• Coopération avec notre Centre Administratif RH basé en Pologne

Qualifications

• Formation BAC +3/+5 avec une spécialisation en RH ou similaire
• Anglais et français courant
• Une première expérience lors d’un précédent stage et/ou alternance, idéalement dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines, est un plus
