What You Will Learn and Accomplish
Join Malt’s Sales team, the leader in freelancing in France, and actively take part in the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to client retention. Support public‑sector organisations in finding the best freelancers for their strategic projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure meetings through cold‑calling and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a client network to generate business opportunities
- Analyse client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Attend client meetings and follow up on opportunities with your internship supervisor
- Support responses, negotiations, and the management of tenders
- Collaborate with other Malt teams to optimise internal processes
Your Profile
- Student in a business school, engineering school, or political science programme, seeking a 6‑month internship starting in July 2026
- A hunter mindset: prospecting, convincing, and closing deals motivate you
- Results‑driven, comfortable working with sales targets
- Previous experience in B2B sales and an interest in the public sector are a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients and freelancers
- Autonomous, well‑organised, and able to manage multiple priorities

Recruitment Process
- 30‑minute interview with Sarah to discuss your background and ambitions
- 45‑minute interview with members of the Public Sector team to go over the role in detail
- Final discussion with the Head of Public Sector Sales
